- Physical fitness at a medium or above-average level
- Endurance and resilience under stress
- Topographical memory and terrain navigation
- Ability to work with coordinates and clearly communicate the target location to the pilot
- Basic MAVIC and FPV piloting skills (at least in a simulator)
